We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location in a well-kept garden on a hill above the clouds was simply breathtaking. The panoramic landscape views from our room, the swimming pool, and the terrace were absolutely stunning. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a lovely swimming pool that we thoroughly enjoyed. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always willing to go above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The cleanliness of the rooms and common areas was impeccable, and we appreciated the attention to detail in maintaining a clean and elegant environment. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious and satisfying.
Nothing to fault.

The signs to get there/directions leave a bit to be desired. Check in was excellent - it set the tone for our stay. Junior suite-excellent. Staff could not do more for you - even tried out thier english!! Food (captive audience) was on the whole excellent, only one course on the second evening was a tad indifferent. I was in the catering trade and know what to look for. As a training hotel I would not fault it. Don't be put off by the 'track' leading to the hotel - it is a doddle.
For the superstitious amongst us there was rather too much green for my taste and 'comfort.'

The hotel is nestled in a beautiful, well-kept garden, offering stunning views down the mountain and even above the clouds. The spacious rooms are spotlessly clean and provide a serene atmosphere. The friendly staff offer excellent service, ensuring a pleasant stay for guests.
The language barrier with the staff can lead to misunderstandings and difficulties when discussing menu options or practical information.

All the staff went beyond their call of duty to make sure our stay was perfect.
The shower cubicle in the first room we were given was rediculously small, so we were moved to a room with a bath and shower.

The hotel's location is breathtaking, nestled in the middle of nowhere, with a stunning view of the rolling hills. The swimming pool area is well maintained and offers a peaceful spot to relax. The staff is friendly and attentive to guests' needs, ensuring that everything is taken care of during your stay.
The room was not up to our expectations: it was small and outdated. It was also disappointing that there were no facilities to enjoy the outdoors besides the swimming pool area.

Stayed here for Christmas and it was a great choice. The views from the hotel were amazing, perfect for disconnecting from the hustle and bustle of the city. The swimming pool was one of the highlights, very clean, and had comfortable sun loungers. The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming, making our stay a pleasant experience. The food was a great addition, especially the local dishes, which added to the overall experience.
The spa facilities were closed for renovation during our stay. , the lack of cushions for the sun loungers made it harder to relax.
